Zinia White Grey
Also available in:
Zinia White Grey is a wallpaper held to a simple two-tone scheme: a white base with grey worked through it. The overall colour reads as white, with the grey acting as the quieter second tone, so the finished wall stays light rather than dark or heavy.
A white-and-grey wall covering behaves predictably in most rooms. Pale walls reflect daylight instead of absorbing it, which helps in spaces with one window or a north-facing outlook, and the grey keeps the white from looking flat or clinical. Because neither tone carries a strong colour cast, the wall shifts slightly with the light through the day, warmer in afternoon sun and cooler under an overhead fixture, without ever changing character. These are premium quality wallpapers.
The neutral pairing is easy to build around. It sits well with oak, walnut and painted furniture alike, and it gives coloured textiles, artwork and rugs a clear background to work against. If your furnishings are already mixed, a white and grey wall pulls them together rather than adding another element to reconcile. Black metal frames, brushed steel fittings and warm brass all read cleanly against it.
Use it across all four walls in a living room or bedroom, where the light tone keeps the space from closing in, or in a hallway, where walls are seen in passing and a calm backdrop matters more than a strong pattern. It also suits a home office or a dining room, and it works as the plain counterpart to a bolder design used on a single wall.
