Yseult White
Yseult White is a plain wallpaper in white with a cream undertone. There is no motif to align or repeat, so the wall reads as a single even field of color. The two shades sit very close together, which gives the surface a warm rather than stark white and keeps it from looking flat under artificial light.
Surface and finish
The finish is matte, with no gloss to reflect lamps or daylight, so the color stays consistent from one end of a wall to the other. A textured surface adds fine relief you can feel with your hand, and that structure is what carries the design in place of a print. It also helps break up light across large uninterrupted areas and makes minor unevenness in the wall below less obvious. These are premium quality wallpapers. If you want the same approach in other shades, the solid range covers it, and the white wallpapers sit alongside it.
Style and rooms
The style is boho chic, which here means a neutral base built for layering: rattan, woven baskets, printed textiles and plants all read clearly against it. It works equally well in minimalist schemes and in rooms furnished with pale wood, where the cream tone keeps white paintwork from looking cold.
- Living rooms, including the wall behind a TV unit
- Bedrooms and nurseries
- Kitchens, dining rooms and bathrooms
- Hallways and home offices
In a darker hallway the light shade makes the space feel less enclosed, and it gives coats, mirrors and frames a quiet background. Used across all four walls of a bedroom, it lets bedding and curtains set the color scheme instead.
