Élodinia Brown pairs a cream ground with brown in a modern art design. The two tones sit close together on the warm side of neutral, so the wall reads as soft and slightly earthy rather than high-contrast. Colour and character
Cream and brown are easy colours to build a room around. They work with oak, walnut and rattan, with linen and wool upholstery, and with off-white or greige paint on the remaining walls. Black metal fittings and brass both hold up well against this palette.
