Alarion Cream
Alarion Creme is a floral wallpaper in cream and beige. The flowers are drawn across the surface in a repeating arrangement, and because both shades sit close together on the same warm range, the pattern reads as quiet from a few steps back and only shows its detail up close. There is no strong contrast to fight with, so the design covers a full wall without making the room feel smaller.
Pattern and color
Cream carries the ground and beige carries the flowers, which keeps the whole design in one tonal family. That makes it easy to match with existing paintwork, since almost any off-white trim or warm neutral will sit alongside it without clashing. Wood furniture, rattan, linen and brushed metal all work with this kind of palette, and a darker rug or an upholstered chair in a deeper shade gives the room a fixed point against the lighter walls. If you are comparing shades, the wider cream selection and the beige designs are worth looking through, as is the full floral range. These are premium quality wallpapers.
Style and rooms
The soft floral drawing and the neutral coloring place this squarely in farmhouse and vintage schemes, the kind built on painted furniture, older wood pieces and simple fabrics. It also suits plainer modern rooms where a pattern is wanted but a bold one would be too much.
- Living room walls, whole or as a single wall
- Bedrooms, including behind the bed
- Hallways and stairwells
- Dining rooms and home offices
In a hallway the light ground helps a space with little daylight, and in an office the pattern stays calm enough to sit behind shelving, framed prints or a desk without becoming distracting.
